Private John Smyth, died in No.6 Hospital, Rouen, from wounds received during the assault on the village of Moeuvres, Battle of Cambrai. He is buried at St. Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen, Seine-Maritime, France, grave P.V.C.6B.
